Pro Football Focus has Tetairoa McMillan (Arizona) as Buffalo’s top offensive target in 2025
It’s never too early to look ahead at next year’s draft class and find players who could fit well with the Buffalo Bills — and primarily quarterback Josh Allen. Trevor Sikkema, Pro Football Focus (PFF) lead NFL Draft analyst, has been steadily dropping tons of draft content over the last two months and his most recent article covering the top offensive players to watch for all 32 NFL teams has Buffalo’s top option as Arizona wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan.
The 21-year-old Waimānalo, HI native is projected as one of the top wide receiver prospects for the 2025 NFL Draft and is coming off a monster sophomore campaign — posting 90 receptions, 1,402 yards and 10 touchdowns last season. McMillan is quite the athletic specimen, measuring 6’5” and 210 pounds and profiling similarly to a player like Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans. But size isn’t the only intriguing aspect to McMillan’s game, as he’s known for his YAC ability and quickness, too.

But he is a legit YAC weapon too. That's 6-5, 210 moving like he's 5-10, 180. Easy to stamp him with a high grade. pic.twitter.com/HhsrJ3eU1M
Bills general manager Brandon Beane has taken an offensive player with the first pick in each of the last two drafts. Considering the current state of the wide receiver room, it wouldn’t be entirely surprising to see him continue that trend next year, with the exception of an elite edge rusher.
Nonetheless, if McMillan puts up another 1,400-yard, double-digit touchdown season, he will likely be drafted well before Buffalo’s time at the podium. That would lead to another round of cries similar to those who chanted: “Trade up to No. 9 to get Rome Odunze!”
In case you hadn’t heard from the media all offseason, Buffalo apparently lacks a difference-making WR1. It’s fully possible that rookie Keon Coleman steps into that role in a big way this season, but, if not, finding a true elite weapon for Allen (who’s in the prime of his career) should be at the top of the priority list for Beane and company.
I believe most Bills fans know deep down that the odds of Buffalo drafting a wide receiver with its first pick in back-to-back drafts is unrealistic. Still, it’s fun to welcome delusion at times and I don’t know about you, but I could watch this guy’s highlights all day — check them out!

Tall, long striding target. A+ range and body control. Some similarities to Drake London coming out of USC. pic.twitter.com/Z8LHsPoAOc
What do you think Rumblers? The college football season gets underway soon enough, and that means checking in on those prospects who might find themselves in Orchard Park, NY next spring. Would you be on board with the Buffalo Bills drafting wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan?
