Nobody puts Josh Allen in the corner

In case you haven’t heard, an anonymous (heavy emphasis on the “anonymous”) NFL executive recently went on record to say some pretty negative things about Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen.

He claimed that Allen is one of the more overrated players in the league and harped on his “many mistakes.” You can read more about his statement in our article here.

It’s no surprise that some of the more esteemed analysts in the NFL have come to Allen’s defense. On ESPN’s ‘Get Up,’ former quarterback-turned-analyst Dan Orlovsky had plenty to say.

“He’s an idiot, that source. Respectfully,” Orlovsky blurted out. “That’s moronic to say. The last four seasons, the only quarterback that has a better plus/minus turnover-to-touchdown ratio is (Kansas City Chiefs’) Patrick Mahomes. He’s the only guy that you would definitively without question take over Josh Allen. They’ve lost to Kansas City three times in the playoffs. I mean, Josh Allen is two or three plays away from being a multi-Super Bowl appearing quarterback and potentially a Super Bowl-winning quarterback.”

The full clip can be found here:

Adam Schein also took exception to the anonymous exec’s strong (and untrue) words.

What do you think, Bills fans? Personally, I believe Josh Allen’s more underrated than anything else, thanks to the continuously pervading narratives. Sound off in the comments!
