How confident are you in the direction of the Buffalo Bills?

The Buffalo Bills are in the thick of their offseason work, on a quest to re-build a roster that had grown long in the tooth and heavy on the pocket book. In shedding salary to become compliant with the league’s 2024 salary cap requirement, One Bills Drive lost a significant portion of talented veterans who played key roles — many as leaders both on the field and elsewhere.
After starting together every game during 2023 regular season, tinkering was still required along Buffalo’s offensive line. Mitch Morse is no longer in town to anchor the line, with Connor McGovern sliding over from his spot at guard to replace him.
Most impactful may be the loss of the Bills’ top two wide receivers in Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis. In fact, apart from Khalil Shakir, Buffalo’s wide receiver group will feature players who have yet to catch passes from Josh Allen. Highlighting that group is rookie wide receiver Keon Coleman, who was the Bills’ top pick in the 2024 NFL Draft. New veterans to the team are highlighted by Curtis Samuel and Marques Valdez-Scantling.
On defense, safeties Jordan Poyer and Micah Hyde are no longer locking down the defensive backfield. In their place are likely to be Taylor Rapp and Cole Bishop, the other of the team’s two second-round picks in this year’s draft.
While we’ve discussed the Buffalo Bills’ roster often this offseason, it’s worth taking the time to consider how confident you are in the direction of the team — yes, even before they set foot on the practice fields of St. John Fisher University.
Depending on when you vote, you’ll have either discovered part of the Bills’ 2024 NFL regular-season schedule, or you’ll be able to consider it in full as you vote following the official announcement after 8 p.m. EDT.
